6 Senses Poem

Treetops far below me
Wind whistling in my ears
Humidity from a summer storm
Strength coursing through my body
Rough leaves shelter my secret home
Night turns into day

Wind Spark Poem

I Dreamed
I was a delightful dolphin
The vast sea surrounding me
Diving deep into the depths
Floating freely with the breeze
Jumping joyously into the air
Unreservedly

So Much Depends Upon…

So much depends upon

My pink writers’ notebook

So full of ideas and queries

Poetry and lists

Diagrams and experiences

Dripping onto each page from my pen

Like ice cream on a summer’s day

It’s smooth leather

Providing me comfort

Through uncertain times

A Wish or a Weed?

Nobody knows for certain, how they appear

It’s soft white hairs tickle my fingers

As I pluck it from the green grass

Scientist may tell you

That these delicate strands

Are seeds that spread the weed

However, when someone closes their eyes

Breathes in deep, a desire in their heart,

Is their exhale truly spreading a weed?

Or an opportunity for wishes?
